Our delicious meal plans take the hassle out of preparing healthy meals for the whole family. Let
our chefs pamper you with a guilt-free nutritionally balanced menu each week and enjoy fine
dining restaurant quality meals at half the cost! Eating healthy has never tasted this good!

The plan is simple to follow and contains all 3 meals, breakfast, lunch and dinner. You add 2
snacks of your choice from our list of suggestions.
You can even choose your desired calorie
count, from 1200, 1500 or 1800 per day. Meals are delivered right to your front door twice a week.
Just think about it, everything you need for a fabulous meal is right at your fingertips! Fresh,
wholesome, real food, cooked especially for you. It doesn't get better or easier than this!

And if you need a little more motivation, our certified life coach is available for consultation.
Together you can map out your goals in a nurturing and supportive environment.

Our meals are nutritionally sound and based upon FDA nutritional guidelines. We do recommend
you speak with your doctor before beginning a caloric meal plan. Medical supervision is suggested
for persons who have medical or metabolic problems such as diabetes, heart disease or kidney
ailments.

Our meals are prepared fresh and delivered to your home or office twice a
week on Monday afternoon and Thursday afternoon to ensure freshness.
When you first order our Light and Healthy Meal plan you will be given a
guide to the meal plan, dietary information, reheating instructions and
suggested snacks to complete your daily food intake needs.
We offer one free 20 minute coaching session with your first Light and
Healthy meal order with additional sessions available upon request.
