Salad – Orange, fennel and greens with vanilla citrus dressing
Entrée - Steak Au Poivre – Beef tenderloin rolled in cracker black peppercorns
flamed in Cognac

COOKING PARTIES
The kitchen is available of private parties to rent for the
evening to have a cooking party with friends. Our Chef
works with you to plan a special menu and supervises the
group in making the meal. The meal is then served in our
tasting room in the kitchen .See Sample Menu's below
