cooking projects. The kitchen is fully stocked with a variety of
cooking tools, stoves and ovens to make any cooking event
easier to complete.

An Evening in France                                              
Appetizers - Baked brie with crackers
Soup – French Onion soup  
Salad – Orange, fennel and greens with vanilla citrus dressing
Entrée -  Steak Au Poivre – Beef tenderloin rolled in cracker black peppercorns
             flamed in Cognac
             Potatoes Lyonnaise  - thinly sliced potatoes, onions, garlic and butter
             Sauté Asparagus and Almonds, Crusty French Bread w/ Butter
Dessert - Profiteroles (cream puffs) filled with ice cream
          Or – Chocolate soufflé with Crème Anglasis   

Italian Feast                                                 
Appetizer  - Brochetta with Tomato, Basil and Garlic
Salad - Anti-Pasta salad – assorted Italian meats and cheese on top of fresh lettuce,
                                          tomato, peppers and olives
Soup – White bean and Italian sausage
Entrée - Veal (or Chicken) Saltimbocca - Veal stuffed with prosciutto and fresh sage sautéed
            then cooked in a white wine sauce

Appetizer – Spicy Baked Crab Bits
Soup – Baked Potato Soup
Salad -  Red Grape and Gorgonzola with Romaine lettuce with raspberry vinaigrette
Entrée - Chicken Roudale w/ Tomato cream sauce – Chicken pounded thin and stuffed with
            spinach, sun-dried tomatoes and mozzarella cheese
            Tomato, basil and brie tossed in hot pasta

COOKING PARTIES

The kitchen is available of private parties to rent for the
evening to have a cooking party with friends. Our Chef
works with you to plan a special menu and supervises the
group in making the meal. The meal is then served in our
tasting room in the kitchen .See Sample Menu's below
