     We offer 4 exciting NEW cooking Series and 4 Monthly Cooking Clubs

BASIC COOKING 101- You can take one or all nine to have some fun while
improve your cooking skills and learning professional cooking techniques.
ITALIAN COOKING - Each class will focus on a different Italian cooking style
including making fresh pasta to the most impressive Italian dish "Timpano".
MASTERING MEXICAN FAVORITES - Each class in this series gives participants
a variety of tastes from Mexico and all the recipes to make your own Fiesta
CLASSIC FRENCH DISHES - All four of these classes give the participant the
opportunity to learn French cooking skills while enjoying fabulous foods
         MONTHLY COOKING CLUBS

Cooking Co-op - Chose the First Thursday
Morning or Friday evening of the month
make and take home 4 dishes four servings
of each to reheat or freeze and more
